Lancer's Slices

Lancer's Slices is my second attempt at smoking flakes. I found L S to be a very enjoyable blend. This is spicier than Samuel Gawith's Balkan Flake. I would classify this as a medium strength blend. I had no problem loading a pipe with this, just "fold and stuff". A few minutes airing to achieve my preferred level of moisture, a match, a tamp, a second match, and I had a smooth, spicy, flavorful smoke. I found no excess moisture, no "gurgle". I was left with a clean, dry pipe and a pale grey ash.
